*NWPAS requires 30 day's written notice to cancel class subscription. If notice is given within 30 days of the next scheduled payment, that payment will still be collected. your child is welcome to continue attending classes during the notice period. Notice must be given by email or written message to NWPAS*

All child’s sessions should be pre-booked monthly (except Holiday clubs). Any sessions your child doesn’t attend during each term you will still have to pay for. This is to secure your child’s long term space in NWPAS. All payments must be paid at the 1st of every month, so please make sure you have funds available to cover cost. If payment isn’t paid this can result to child’s place being removed.

If you book a holiday club session, these sessions are also none refundable.
